1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dgc33 website at https://dgc33.io and all associated services, products, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the personal account registered and maintained by a Player on the dgc33 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the dgc33 Platform and is using it for the purposes of sports betting, casino gaming, or any other service offered by dgc33.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered to Players by dgc33 under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by dgc33 using the Player's Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or other accepted documentation.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all financial transactions on the dgc33 Platform are denominated.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or a Bangladeshi public holiday, during which dgc33's support and finance teams are operationally active.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the dgc33 Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform.

dgc33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the dgc33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dgc33 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, hold an Account, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by dgc33 or any other recognised responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of dgc33, nor a close relative (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not eligible to hold an Account.

dgc33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access betting and gaming services on dgc33, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name, date of birth, Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) number, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during or after registration.

Each Player is strictly limited to one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts. Any funds held across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

• Account registration is free. dgc33 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an Account.
• You must complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid NID or passport and may require additional documentation such as a selfie or proof of payment method ownership.
• KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and genuinely issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Submission of forged, doctored, or fraudulently obtained documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
• dgc33 may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any Account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of large or unusual transaction activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dgc33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dgc33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the dgc33 cashier.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your dgc33 wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to 1 Business Day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours following KYC completion. Processing times may extend to 1 Business Day during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing additional verification.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless dgc33 explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
• No Third-Party Payments: dgc33 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must originate from and be returned to an account owned by the registered Player.

dgc33 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, or delay a transaction where fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime is suspected. Any such delay will be communicated to the Player via the registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dgc33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion as published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.70 (decimal) unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a dgc33 Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: dgc33 actively monitors bonus activity. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through arbitrage, matched betting strategies, or coordinated multi-account claiming — will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dgc33 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. dgc33 reserves the right to correct palpable errors in odds pricing; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct price.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of markets. dgc33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market and may suspend or close markets at any time at its discretion.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, dgc33's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. For cricket, a match must generally complete a minimum number of overs for bets to stand; full details are available in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• dgc33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market, event, or Player Account without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a system error, connection issue, or any other cause — will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Casino Games

Casino games available on the dgc33 Platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, and RNG table games — are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or drawing in real time in a regulated studio environment. dgc33 does not interfere with game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. dgc33 is not liable for any loss of connection that affects game play.
• Jackpot prizes for progressive slot games are determined solely by the game provider's systems. dgc33 has no control over jackpot amounts or trigger conditions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgc33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to dgc33 immediately via [email protected].
• Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or game studio staff to influence the outcome of any bet or game.
• Money laundering or using the dgc33 Platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with dgc33.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dgc33 Platform — including but not limited to the dgc33 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game assets, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dgc33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of dgc33 is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgc33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from any cause.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues affecting the availability of the Platform or any live betting market.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider, payment processor, or other service supplier integrated with the Platform.

dgc33's total liability to any Player in connection with their Account, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

dgc33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dgc33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties except where required to facilitate payment processing, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

13 Responsible Gaming

dgc33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered Players with access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be activated at any time from within your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

dgc33 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any Account where there is reasonable cause to believe the Account holder is under the minimum age. 14 Amendments to These Terms

dgc33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Material changes that significantly affect Player rights will be notified via email to the address registered on the Player's Account at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the dgc33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dgc33 operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and dgc33 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the Player must first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. dgc33 will respond within 5 Business Days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.
